All instructions are available in basic and extended formats, so you can choose your own comfort level and take it step by step. The app includes 200 instructional photos, featuring 24 men and women of varying ages, sizes, levels of flexibility, and yoga experience. You and your partner can learn how to use propping and proper alignment that work for your bodies.
